
How To Make Seattle Smoked Salmon Dip
Try out this smoky salmon dip with your favorite chips! It has a bit of creaminess from the sour cream and sharpness from green onions and cheddar.

- 8ozcream cheesesoftened
- 1cupsharp white cheddar cheesefinely shredded
- ¼cuplight mayonnaise
- ¼cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1tbspfresh lemon juice
- McCormick Guacamole Seasoning Mix1 package
- 2tbspmilkas needed
- 4ozsalmonsmoked, skin and bones removed, flaked
- 2tbspgreen onionschopped, plus more for topping

In a mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Add cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and seasoning mix then blend to combine.

Mix in enough milk to reach desired consistency.

Fold in salmon and green onions.

Garnish with more green onions, serve with crackers or crusty baguette slices, and enjoy!
