- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped parsley, toasted pumpkin seeds

In a food processor, combine pumpkin puree, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and paprika. Blend until smooth.
