  • 10 oz tomatoes and green chilies, (1 can), Rotel, diced and undrained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, (1 package), cut into pieces


  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain.

  2. Add the Rotel and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until cheese melts.

  3. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
