How To Make Rotel Dip

All you need are cheese, ground beef, tomatoes, and chili to make this delicious rotel dip. The best part is you can dip almost everything in it!

  • 1lbground beef,or mild/hot sausage
  • 8ozcheese,processed
  • 10ozRotel Tomatoes,undrained
  • ½tspchili powder


  1. Brown ground beef (or sausage) over medium high heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

  2. Turn heat down to medium and add remaining ingredients.

  3. Stir until cheese melts and the dip is smooth.

  4. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
