Roquefort dressing is a creamy blended dip made with a hint of garlic and lemon juice. It makes a great compliment to the fresh ingredients in your salad!

  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • 2tbspfresh lemon juice
  • 1garlic clove
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • ¾cupRoquefort cheese,crumbled
  • 1tbspfresh tarragon,chopped, optional


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
