Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 oz tomatoes, cut up
- 6 oz tomato paste
- ¼ cup parsley
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper
- ½ tsp marjoram
- ½ tsp basil
- 2 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- In skillet, brown meat, onion and garlic cloves; drain.

Add 2 cups water and remaining ingredients.

Simmer uncovered 3 hours or until sauce has thickened.

- Remove bay leaf.
