
How To Make Restaurant Style Blender Salsa
You’ll never have to use storebought salsa with this salsa recipe. It has tomato, jalapenos, onions, and cilantro mixed together in a blender until smooth.

- 1jalapeno,stem removed, halved and de-seeded
- 12oztomato juice,can
- 1smallwhite onion
- 2mediumtomatoes,cut in quarters
- ½tbspkosher salt
- ½tbspblack pepper,freshly ground
- ½tbspcumin,ground
- 2tbspcanola oil
Instructions

Add the jalapeno and tomato juice to the blender and blend until smooth.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until it has a coarse texture.

Serve or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
