How To Make Best Homemade Enchilada Sauce
Making homemade enchilada sauce is lifechanging. Made with tomato sauce and special blend of spices, this sauce is like the ones from Mexican restaurants.

- ¼cupcanola oil
- 2tbspflour
- 3tbspchili powder
- 8oztomato sauce
- 1cupchicken broth(or water)
- 2tspground cumin
- 1tbspgarlicminced
- ½tsponion powder
- ¼tspsalt
Instructions

Heat the canola oil in a saucepan on medium heat.

Add the flour and chili powder and stir.

Cook until the bright red color turns a bit brown while stirring.

In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce with the rest of the ingredients until it is fully blended.

Add to your saucepan and whisk until fully mixed.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat until thickened.
