Artichokes contain a fiber-rich component and are one of the many vegetables that is anti-oxidant rich. Everyone I know loves this spread! Even better, it’s incredibly quick and easy to make. Use it for your morning toast or your packed sandwiches.

How To Make Quick Artichoke Spread

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, water packed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Hungarian paprika


  1. Drain artichokes and squeeze out the water from each one. Chop finely and transfer them to a small saucepan. Add garlic and mayonnaise. Blend well.

  2. To blend and enhance the flavors, warm over low heat, stirring constantly. Do no let it boil. Turn spread into a serving bowl, sprinkle with paprika and serve with your favorite crackers and chips.
