Turn the classic autumn dessert into a rich dip with this pumpkin pie dip recipe. It’s made with pumpkin puree and yogurt with a dash of cinnamon.

  • 15ozpumpkin puree,(1 can)
  • ¾cupbrown sugar,unpacked
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • tspcinnamon
  • tsppumpkin pie spice,or more to taste
  • 6oz0% Greek yogurt
  • 8ozTruwhip frozen whipped topping,thawed
  • cut up apples,for dipping


  1. Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla, and spices. Blend well.

  2. Mix in yogurt.

  3. Fold in Truwhip and chill in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

  4. To serve, transfer to a serving dish or hollowed-out pumpkin.
