Ingredients

  • 15ozchickpeas,1 can, drained
  • ½cuppumpkin,canned
  • 3Medjool dates,pitted
  • 3tbspmaple syrup
  • 2tbspunsweetened peanut butter
  • 1tbspfresh ginger,diced
  • 1tbspmolasses
  • 1tbspvanilla extract
  • tspground cinnamon
  • ¼tspground cloves
  • ¼tspground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine the chickpeas, pumpkin, dates, maple syrup, peanut butter, ginger, molasses, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a food processor.

  2. Process to a smooth paste for 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down sides as necessary.

  3. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.

  4. Serve with desired sweet dippers, and enjoy!
