How To Make Potato Salad Dressing

Add a bit of flavor to your usual potato salad with our tangy salad dressing! It’s creamy and tasteful, and takes no time to make.

  • ½tspmustard powder
  • 1tbspall-purpose flour
  • 1tspbutter
  • 2eggsbeaten
  • ¾cupwhite sugar
  • ¼cupwater
  • ¼cupwhite wine vinegar
  • ¼cupcreamy salad dressinglike Miracle Whip


  1. In a saucepan, combine the dry mustard, flour, butter, eggs, sugar, water and vinegar.

  2. Cook over medium-high heat until the mixture is thick and smooth, stirring often.

  3. Set aside to cool.

  4. Blend together the cooled dressing with one equal part creamy salad dressing.

  5. Serve on potatoes, and enjoy!
