  • 4ripe tomatoes,medium, chopped
  • ¼cupwhite onion,finely chopped
  • 2chilepeppers,mild or hot, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2tbspbell pepper,chopped
  • 1clovegarlic,minced
  • ¼cupcilantro leaves,fresh finely chopped, no stems
  • 2tbspfresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients.

  2. Let it marinate in the refrigerator at least an hour for best results.
