Pico de Gallo is the perfect salsa for just about anything! Prepare tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, herbs, lime juice, and some garlic and toss it together!

  • cupspring onions
  • 2tbspchopped jalapeño(seeds removed)
  • 2sprigsfresh coriander(finely chopped)
  • 1smallclove garlic(crushed)
  • ¼tspsalt
  • tsppepper
  • 1cuplime juice


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and well combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
