  • 2 cups peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a saucepan, combine the peaches, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until the peaches are soft and the sauce has thickened.

  3. Use an immersion blender or transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Let the sauce cool before using or storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
