  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  3. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and beef, stirring well to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Gradually stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened.
