How To Make Mmm Hummus

A quick and easy recipe for a delicately smooth and savory dip, or have it as a side dish on its own! A wonderful blend of tahini, garlic, and dill with a smooth chickpea paste.

  • 1 small chick peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 lemon, juiced and ¼ of the zest
  • 4 tsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 pinch dill, optional
  • 10 tbsp tahini
  • 8 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 pinch black pepper


  1. Combine ½ the lemon juice and remaining ingredients in food processor.

  2. Adjust dill to taste.
  3. Add more lemon juice if too thick.
  4. Once lemon juice is used, add water to your desired consistency.
