- 1cupmayonnaise
- 3green onions,white parts, plus 2 inches of the green
- 1cupfresh mint,chopped
- ½cupfresh flat-leaf parsley,chopped
- 2tbspfresh chives,chopped
- 3anchovy fillets in oil
- 1tbspred wine vinegar
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, green onions, mint, parsley, chives, anchovy, and red wine vinegar until well mixed.
