Make your salads extra refreshing with a drizzle of this green goddess dressing, a classic condiment made from mayonnaise, herbs, and savory anchovies!

  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • 3green onions,white parts, plus 2 inches of the green
  • 1cupfresh mint,chopped
  • ½cupfresh flat-leaf parsley,chopped
  • 2tbspfresh chives,chopped
  • 3anchovy fillets in oil
  • 1tbspred wine vinegar
  • freshly ground black pepper


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, green onions, mint, parsley, chives, anchovy, and red wine vinegar until well mixed.

  2. Scoop into a bowl and season to taste with pepper.

  3. Cover and refrigerate before using.

  4. Serve over salads, and enjoy!
