How To Make Mint Sauce

Whip up this 5-ingredient mint sauce if you want to add some zest to your dishes. It only takes 10 minutes to make this refreshing sauce!

Prep: 5 mins
Rest: 20 mins
Cook: 3 mins

  • 1 cup fresh mint, (1 bunch), large, packed
  • 1 cup water, boiling
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp malt vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Finely chop the mint leaves, discarding the stalks.
  2. Place in a bowl and cover with the boiling water. Leave to steep for a few minutes, then drain over a sieve.
