
How To Make Mint and Lemon Dressing
This lemon dressing is made with just four ingredients! It’s a tangy and refreshing dressing that works brilliantly on salads and sandwiches.

- 2½tbspfresh mint leaves,chopped, divided
Instructions

Stir together olive oil, lemon juice, and 1½ tablespoons of mint until well blended. Set aside for 2 hours.

Strain the mint out of the dressing with a fine mesh strainer. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of chopped mint leaves.
