Ingredients

  • 2ripe mangoes
  • ½lime juice
  • ½medium red onion
  • ¼cupcilantro
  • 1chili pepper,minced, optional
  • ½tspsalt

Instructions

  1. Using a table knife, cut to either side of the mango pit. Cut a grid pattern in the mango flesh. Then turn the mango half inside out so it looks like a porcupine. Knock the mango chunks into a mixing bowl or serving dish.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to the mangoes.

  3. Have a taste and adjust the flavors until desired taste is achieved.

  4. Serve with chips and enjoy.
