How To Make Mango Tango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2ripe mangoes
- ½lime juice
- ½medium red onion
- ¼cupcilantro
- 1chili pepper,minced, optional
- ½tspsalt
Instructions

Using a table knife, cut to either side of the mango pit. Cut a grid pattern in the mango flesh. Then turn the mango half inside out so it looks like a porcupine. Knock the mango chunks into a mixing bowl or serving dish.

Add remaining ingredients to the mangoes.
