  • 1mango,peeled and diced
  • 1avocado,pitted and diced
  • ½cupred pepper,diced
  • 1tbspjalapeno,finely diced
  • cupred onion,diced
  • 1tbsplime juice,freshly squeezed
  • cupcilantro leaves,coarsely chopped
  • tspground cumin,optional
  • salt and pepper


  1. Combine the mango, avocado, red pepper, jalapeño, red onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves and mix well.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste (and cumin if desired).
