- 1boxJose Ole Beef Taquitos,or desired favorite flavor
Creamy Jalapeno Dip:
- 2jalapenos,seeded and stem removed
- 1cupcilantro
- 1clove garlic
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspcumin
- ¼tspblack pepper
- ¾cupsour cream
- ¼cupmayonnaise
- 1lime juice
Optional Toppings:
- sour cream
- cilantro
- onion,diced
- tomato,diced
- cheddar,or Cotija cheese
- jalapeno,sliced
- lettuce or cabbage,shredded
Instructions

Combine all jalapeno dip ingredients in the blender. Blend for about 30 to 60 seconds until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Prepare Jose Ole taquitos in the oven according to package directions.

Remove taquitos from the oven, drizzle with creamy jalapeno dip, and desired toppings.
