How To Make Lemon Cream Fruit Dip

This creamy and tangy fruit dip recipe is like fondue but made with cream cheese and lemon ingredients that are perfect for your fruit bits and berries.

Ingredients

  • 8ozcream cheeseat room temperature
  • tsplemon zest
  • tbspfresh lemon juice
  • ¼tsplemon extractoptional
  • 7ozcontainer marshmallow creme

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, whip together cream cheese and lemon zest until cream cheese is smooth.

  2. Mix in lemon juice lemon, lemon extract and marshmallow cream.

  3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled through, about 1 hour (you can do a speed chill, by freezing and stirring occasionally until mixture is cold).

  4. Serve cold with strawberries or other fruit of choice.
