  • 1lbsmall curd cream style cottage cheese
  • cupsour cream
  • ½tspsalt
  • ¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • 1tspgarlic,finely minced
  • 1tbspshallots,finely minced
  • 1tbspgreen onions or chives,finely minced
  • 1tbspparsley,finely minced, plus more for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl and blend well. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and adjust seasonings.

  2. Cover and chill well before serving. Serve with toasted garlic bread or crackers and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
