Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño pepper, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
