Made with Scotch bonnet hot sauce and allspice, give any dish a spicy punch with this Jamaican rub sauce for a fiery and sweet twist.

  • ¼cupScotch bonnet hot sauce,or habanero, plus 2 tbsp
  • 3scallions
  • 2tbspvegetable oil
  • 2tspground allspice
  • 2tspkosher salt
  • 1tspground cinnamon


  1. Mix the hot sauce, scallions, vegetable oil, ground allspice, kosher salt, and ground cinnamon to a paste.

  2. Use as desired or serve with tomato and shredded cabbage salad with garlic vinaigrette. Enjoy!
