  • 4 cups bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Place the bread cubes in the Instant Pot.

  2. Add the diced onion, celery, carrot, and parsley.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, vegetable or chicken broth, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Pour the butter mixture over the bread and vegetables in the Instant Pot, and gently toss to combine.

  5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.

  6. Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release and carefully remove the lid.

  7. Give the stuffing a quick stir, and let it sit for a few minutes to absorb any remaining liquid.

  8. Serve warm alongside your favorite holiday dishes.
