- 10ozfrozen spinach,chopped, thawed, and excess liquid squeezed out
- ½cuplight sour cream
- 5tbsplight mayonnaise
- ⅓cupParmigiano-Reggiano
- ¼cupscallion,chopped
- 1clovegarlic,crushed
- 1cuppart-skim mozzarella cheese,(4 oz), shredded
- fresh pepper,to taste
