Ingredients

  • 10ozfrozen spinach,chopped, thawed, and excess liquid squeezed out
  • ½cuplight sour cream
  • 5tbsplight mayonnaise
  • cupParmigiano-Reggiano
  • ¼cupscallion,chopped
  • 1clovegarlic,crushed
  • 1cuppart-skim mozzarella cheese,(4 oz), shredded
  • fresh pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

  3. Place in an oven-proof dish and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.

  4. Serve right away.
