Veggie sausage patties give this artichoke dip its signature savory flavor. It’s also loaded with fresh ingredients like celery, cucumber, and green onion.

  • 1cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 1canartichoke hearts
  • 1jarsweet peppers,roasted
  • 4veggie sausage patties,(morningstar farms)
  • 1cupmayonnaise,fat free
  • cupgreen onions,sliced
  • ¼tsppepper
  • 2tbspfresh parsley,chopped
  • 6stalkcelery
  • 1cucumber


  1. Reserve 2 tablespoons cheese. Combine artichoke hearts, peppers, patties, mayonnaise, remaining cheese, onion, and pepper.

  2. Spread in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and parsley.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

  4. Garnish with green onions, if desired.

  5. Serve with celery and cucumber sticks.
