How To Make Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
- 1½cupshalf and half cream,or light cream
- ¾cupbrown sugar,packed
- 3tbspbutter
- 1tspvanilla
- 2½cupschocolate chips
Instructions

Heat the half and half cream and brown sugar over medium heat until the brown sugar has dissolved and tiny bubbles start to form on the edges.

Stir in the butter until melted, then turn off the heat.

Add the chocolate chips and do not stir, letting it sit for 2 to 3 minutes.

Whisk the chocolate chips until smooth, then stir in the vanilla.

Serve warm or cool over cakes, ice creams, or other desserts, and enjoy!
