Ingredients

  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of diced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the refried beans, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced jalapenos, diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve the hot bean dip with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
