How To Make Hot Bacon Cheddar Dip

Make a crowd-pleaser party dip for chips and veggies with this bacon cheddar dip. It’s made with sour cream and mayo with a dash of hot sauce.

  • 8ozcream cheese,softened
  • ½cupsour cream
  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • 10bacon slices,cooked, crisp and crumbled
  • 3dasheshot sauce
  • 4tbspfresh parsley
  • 1clovegarlic,minced
  • 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded, divided
  • 4green onions,slivered

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Combine all ingredients reserving ½ cup of cheese for topping. Place into a 2-quart casserole dish or pan.

  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  4. Serve warm with crackers or vegetable sticks.
