How To Make Hot Artichoke Spread

This artichoke spread is baked before it is served. It's made with spices and parmesan cheese.

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup Parmesan cheese, grated


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F

  3. Serve warm with crackers and/or toast points.
