How To Make Hot and Spicy Buffalo Shrimp Dip

This shrimp dip is spicy, creamy, & so flavorful everyone will be going back for more. Mix shrimps with sour cream, cream cheese, & spices for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4ozcream cheese,reduced fat, softened
  • ½cupsour cream,reduced fat
  • ½cupFranks hot sauce,or whatever hot sauce
  • 1tspwhite wine vinegar
  • 2cupslarge shrimp,(12½ oz), cooked, peeled, diced
  • ¾cupSargento Mexican blend,reduced fat

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Lightly spray an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish, or even a pie dish with cooking spray.

  3. Combine the first 4 ingredients together and ¼ cup of the cheese; mix until smooth.

  4. Add the shrimp; mix well and put in a small oven safe dish.

  5. Bake in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, until hot.

  6. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese, bake for 4 to 5 minutes until melted.
