How To Make Honey Chipotle Salad Dressing

This honey chipotle salad dressing is loaded with smoky and spicy flavors to add a kick to your usual salads! Whip up a quick batch in just 5 minutes.

  • ¾cupsextra-virgin olive oil,or avocado oil
  • ¼cupred wine vinegar
  • 2tbsphoney
  • 2chipotles in adobo,plus an extra teaspoon of the adobo sauce
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 2tbsplime juice,freshly-squeezed
  • 1tspground cumin
  • ½tspdried oregano
  • ½tspsalt
  • black pepper,freshly cracked


  1. Add the olive oil, vinegar, honey, chipotles in adobo, garlic, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.

  2. Taste, then add extra honey for a sweeter dressing.

  3. Serve over salads, and enjoy!
