- ¾cupsextra-virgin olive oil,or avocado oil
- ¼cupred wine vinegar
- 2tbsphoney
- 2chipotles in adobo,plus an extra teaspoon of the adobo sauce
- 2garlic cloves
- 2tbsplime juice,freshly-squeezed
- 1tspground cumin
- ½tspdried oregano
- ½tspsalt
- black pepper,freshly cracked
Instructions

Add the olive oil, vinegar, honey, chipotles in adobo, garlic, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
