  • 12ozvegetarian burger crumbles,1 package
  • 15oztomato sauce,1 can
  • 1cupwater
  • 1small onion,chopped
  • 3garlic cloves,minced
  • 1tbspvegetarian Worcestershire sauce
  • 1tspliquid smoke flavoring
  • 2tspchili powder
  • tspblack pepper
  • 1tspdry mustard
  • 1tspsalt
  • tspred pepper flakes


  1. In a large pot combine crumbles, tomato sauce, water, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, chili powder, black pepper, mustard, salt, and pepper flakes.

  2. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until heated through.
