How To Make Homemade Turkey Gravy
This light and flavorful turkey gravy makes the perfect dip for your turkey or chicken meals! Whip up a batch of these in just 15 minutes.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2½cupsturkey juices
- ¼cupbutter
- ¼cupflour
- 1tspWorcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper,if needed
Instructions

Melt the butter in a small pot over low-medium heat.

Whisk in the flour, then allow to cook for about 1 minute or 2 minutes, while whisking.

Pour in ½ cup of the turkey juices from the roasted turkey, then whisk until it forms a paste.

Add the remaining liquid in ½ cup increments, whisking in between, until the gravy is smooth.

Allow to simmer over medium heat until thickened.

Take off heat, then stir in the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Serve over turkey or chicken, and enjoy!
