- 1largejalapeno,stemmed, halved, and de-seeded
- 12oztomato juice,can
- 1smallwhite onion,chopped
- 2mediumtomatoes,cored and chopped
- ½cupcilantro leaves,coarsely chopped
- ½tbspkosher salt
- ½tbspblack pepper,freshly ground
- ½tbspcumin,ground
- 2tbspcanola oil
