Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- 4 jalapenos, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter and flour together at medium-low heat until they form a thickened sauce, for approximately 4 minutes.
- Add the milk, onion powder and cheese. If you want to add jalapenos, add them at this point.
- Stir constantly until the cheese is melted, for approximately 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
