- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup dried red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup crispy fried garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 tsp sugar
