  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dried red chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup crispy fried garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a small pan over medium heat.

  2. Add dried red chili flakes and Sichuan peppercorns. Fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried chili flakes, crispy fried garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well.

  5. Transfer the mixture into a jar and let it cool completely before sealing.

  6. Store in a cool and dry place. Use as a condiment for noodles, rice, or any dish that needs an extra kick of flavor.
