How To Make Herbed White Bean Dip
A 3-step bean dip recipe that makes you a bowl of vegan white bean dip with fresh, tangy, and herby flavors.
Ingredients
- 15 oz white kidney beans, cannellini, rinsed, drained
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 large garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
For Garnish:
- parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Puree the ingredients in a processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow bowl.*
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, oregano, or chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
