How To Make Hearty Onion Dip and Chips
Why bother with store-bought dips when you can make your own onion dip at home in less than half an hour? This dip goes perfectly with potato chips.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Spread the onion on a baking sheet, then drizzle them with olive oil.
Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, until the onion is slightly charred.
Let cool to room temperature, then roughly chop the onions. Transfer to a medium bowl.
To the bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, Hearty spice blend, salt, and lemon juice, then whisk to combine.
Serve the onion dip with chips, and enjoy!
