- 1oztaco seasoning mix,(1 pkg)
- 16ozrefried beans,(1 can) fat-free
- 16ozlight sour cream,(1 pkg)
- 8ozNeufchatel cheese,(1 pkg), softened
- 16ozsalsa,(1 jar)
- 1large tomato,chopped
- 1green bell pepper,chopped
- 1red bell pepper,chopped
- 1bunchgreen onions,chopped
- 1headsmall iceberg lettuce,shredded
- 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
- 6ozblack olives,(1 can), sliced, drained
Instructions

Blend taco seasoning mix and refried beans in a bowl. Spread mixture onto a large serving platter.

Mix sour cream and Neufchatel cheese in a bowl. Spread over refried beans. Top layers with salsa.
