You only need four ingredients to whip up this luscious hamburger queso recipe! It’s loaded with tender beef and spicy rotel tomatoes for a delectable dip.

  • 1lbground beef,seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic
  • 1jarpace salsa,medium chunky
  • 2cansrotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1velveeta cheese,(small block)


  1. Cook and season the beef, then drain.

  2. Pour the salsa in a blender and mix until smooth.

  3. Put the meat, salsa, rotel tomatoes with green chilies, and velveeta cheese in a crockpot on Med-High for at least 2 hours or until melted together.

  4. Serve with chips, and enjoy!
