This recipe includes some avocado for a creamy texture and different fresh herbs. You can easily adapt this to your own version based on the herbs you have on hand.


How To Make Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, skin removed and pitted
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 sprig mint, small
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients (except the oil, salt and pepper) to a food processor or blender.

  2. While the blender or food processor is running, add the oil in a thin stream.
  3. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
