  • 15.5ozchickpeas,(1 can), drained
  • ½cupfeta cheese,crumbled
  • cuptahini
  • ¼cupfresh Italian flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2tbsplemon juice,fresh
  • 1garlic clove,peeled
  • tspground cinnamon


  1. Combine the chickpeas, feta cheese, tahini, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender.

  2. Puree until smooth.

  3. Serve with pita chips, and enjoy!
