How To Make Ginger Salad Dressing

Elevate your tasty salads with this rich ginger salad dressing, made with warming ginger, tangy cider vinegar, and sweet maple syrup!

Ingredients

  • ½cupextra-virgin olive oil
  • 2tbspapple cider vinegar,to taste
  • 2tbspdijon mustard
  • 1tbspmaple syrup,or honey, to taste
  • 2tspfresh ginger,finely grated
  • ½tspfine sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper,(about 20 twists)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until fully blended.

  2. Taste, and adjust if necessary. For more tartness, add another 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, or for more sweetness/balance, add another 1 teaspoon or 2 of maple syrup.

  3. Serve over salads, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • This salad dressing will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
  • Real olive oil can solidify slightly when cold; if that happens, simply let it warm to room temperature for a few minutes or microwave it in a microwave-safe jar for no more than 15 to 30 seconds.
