- 1medium red bell pepper,chopped
- ½cupred onion,chopped
- ¼cupfresh cilantro leaves,packed, chopped
- 1jalapeño,seeded, minced
- 1large lime,juiced, about ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼tspsalt,or to taste
