How To Make Fresh Mango Salsa

This easy mango salsa bursts with the freshest flavors of ripe mangoes and crunchy veggies! Serve with your favorite chips for a fun afternoon snack.

Total: 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 3ripe mangoes,diced
  • 1medium red bell pepper,chopped
  • ½cupred onion,chopped
  • ¼cupfresh cilantro leaves,packed, chopped
  • 1jalapeño,seeded, minced
  • 1large lime,juiced, about ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼tspsalt,or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a serving bowl, combine the prepared mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Drizzle with the juice of one lime.

  2. Using a large spoon, stir the ingredients together. Season to taste with salt, and stir again.

  3. For best flavor, let the salsa rest for 10 minutes or longer.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!
