- 1mango,peeled, seeded, chopped
- ½red bell pepper,minced
- 1jalapeno pepper,seeded, minced, or to taste
- ¼cupgreen onion,chopped
- 1lime,zested and juiced
- 1tbspvinegar
- 1tbspolive oil
- salt and ground black pepper,to taste
