How To Make Easy Mango Salsa

Enjoy a zesty and delicious side dish with this easy-to-make mango salsa that’s packed with sweet mango, crunchy red bell peppers and spicy jalapenos!

Preparation: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes
Total: 50 minutes



  • 1mango,peeled, seeded, chopped
  • ½red bell pepper,minced
  • 1jalapeno pepper,seeded, minced, or to taste
  • ¼cupgreen onion,chopped
  • 1lime,zested and juiced
  • 1tbspvinegar
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper,to taste


  1. Stir the mango, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, green onion, lime zest, lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!
